The life of an artist

This 3-days workshop (in French and English) focusses on practical questions an artist is confronted with, as:
- portfolio (how to do it? what criteria are important? how does a jury normally choose? ...)
- how to apply to grants, awards, competitions.
- how to deal with customs; what about taxes...
(and insurances, e.g. pension and health insurance, copyright issues..., where can you get more informations?)

We will discuss with personalities who have jury-experience, galerists, curators (working in institutions or for off-spaces)
